Thomas Labille Chablis 2022
Domaine du Chardonnay was created back in 1987 by Etienne Boileau. They built a strong Domaine that put out incredible wine for nearly 3 decades. Domaine du Chardonnay acquired almost 30 hectares of Chablis and Petit Chablis. The Domaine is located just down the Grand Cru Hill in the heart of Chablis. In 2018 Etienne decided it was time to retire, so with a heavy heart the Domaine was sold to Thomas Labille. Thomas is an experienced cellar master for some of the biggest names in Chablis such Domaine Laroche. The name of the estate was changed to “Thomas Labille”. The estate is very committed to the environment, all their wines are certified organic as well as vegan.
Winemaker Notes: Pale color with brilliant reflections, lively nose on fruity and mineral notes. Powerful, supple and full-on palate with nice acidity on the finish.
