Any issues with your order please e-mail Service@DBFineWines.com or call us @ (475) 558-9811. If it's regarding leakage during shipment, pictures of the wine upon opening are extremely helpful. We will arrange to have your package picked up. Once the package is returned to us we will inspect the wines and send out a replacement package if possible. If the wine is no longer available, we would be happy to put you into another product or credit you for the wine in the order.
Note: All issues must be reported within 30 days of placing the order. If the integrity of the wine was compromised during shipping, please place the cork back in the bottle for return. We cannot take back empty bottles.
Substitutions: We do not substitute vintage @ DB Fine Wines. We do not process your order until all goods are ready to ship, provenance is confirmed, as well as vintage. If by chance one of our suppliers sends in a different vintage than the vintage advertised, we will contact you to go over your options.
