For in store pick-up orders, we will phone you to let you know when your order is ready to be picked up. If you prefer Curbside pickup, please call us at (475) 558-9811 upon arrival.
Orders are not processed until the goods are packaged and ready to ship.
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order you have represented to DB Fine Wines that you are at least 21. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.
An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order. While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, DB Fine Wines is not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions. Thank you for your understanding.

You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped.
DB Fine Wines accepts return of unopened product up to 30 days from the original purchase date. Within this window, you may bring product into the store for refund, however a receipt is required in order to process an over-the-counter return.
If you are unable to return products to the store, you may arrange a return shipment to our warehouse with the help of a Customer Service representative at email@example.com.
When returning due to any reason other than a shipping error on DB Fine Wines’ part, bottle breakage during transit or the wine being “corked”, the cost to ship back the wine is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that a 10% restocking fee is applicable to all returned or cancelled orders (unless due to error, breakage or the wine being damaged in transit).
