This mind-blowing cabernet is Made by Chris Pratt, assistant winemaker to Grant Long Jr @ Aonair, MISC, Reverie II, and more. Prior to coming on board with Grant, Chris worked at Staglin as well as ADAMVS on Howell Mtn under Phillipe Melka. Chris has also worked at wineries such as Karl Lawrence (owned by his father-in-law Ric Henry) which is a cabernet that many of you loved.
100% of the fruit is sourced from the Lewelling estate Vineyard in St Helena and the wine is made at the same facility as MISC and Aonair.
Tasting Notes: This Cabernet possesses a natural richness and projects sumptuous aromas of black cherry and cassis with a hint of vanilla. Concentrated flavors of dark plum, summer berries, and a touch damp earth mingle with hints of allspice, cocoa. This creates a multi-layered experience with heft and a velvety finish.
