We should raise the price of this wine so people understand how good the quality is. I will put this up against any Napa Sauv Blanc @ DOUBLE the price!!! Drinks more like white Bordeaux, balanced and not “fruit salad”
Tasting Notes: This is a great buy on a crisp, refreshing wine. No bells and whistles. This is what we call a “workhorse” wine. It checks off all of the boxes for Sauv Blanc. Citrus, guava, grapefruit, green apple and balanced acidity.
