And Michel Trama, the renowned Michelin star chef, has offered his expertise in suggesting food and wine pairings.

93 Pts Jeb Dunnuck - The 2020 Ventoux Vox Angelorum is a step up, with more elegance and purity. Red, blue, and black fruits as well as ground pepper, violets, and scorched earth notes give way to a big, rich, concentrated wine that has integrated acidity and a seamless mouthfeel.
