Le Ragose Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso 2019

Le Ragose Ripasso is a full-bodied and intense red wine, obtained with the traditional technique on the "Ripasso" on the skins of Amarone and aged in large oak barrels for 24 months. Musty dried berries on the nose, but the mushroomy note gives way to fresher red fruit on the medium-bodied palate. The medium tannins add a bit of drive to the finish. A little astringent overall, but pleasant.
